Murhopye - Industrial Shaker is a Rotary Two Tier Heavy Duty Shaker built for continuous and trouble free operation.

The shaker has two platforms of 60" X 60" size on which the flasks are placed. 36 Flasks of capacity 5000 ml can be placed on each platform and more numbers of smaller flasks can be accommodated. The flasks can be autoclaved and the setup can be used for conducting biological testing or production.

For trouble free operation continuous grease lubrication is provided to two sides. Owing to the large size of the frame ( 5' x 5'), the lubrication line is brought out for convenience. The grease enters the main bearing housing in the central part and gets distributed equally to the 2 bearings thereby making operation noiseless and trouble free. In addition to this, in the bottom of housing additional large size grease cup is threaded into the casting which provides the lubrication for a long time.

The top platform rotates on three hardened steel balls. The ball cups are also made of hardened steel for long life. These cups are filled with grease which will last for a few months. Four tensioning springs are holding the platform in position. As these springs are not having any mechanical friction, occasional lubrication will suffice.

The shaker needs no other attention.

Murhopye’s micro-processor controlled refrigerated shaker adds one more parameters to the Incubator shaker Model IR7545R and IR4545R. In addition to the wide range of temperature controller from 00 to 600 C. It can hold /shake culture as well as static cultures under the same controlled environment. The sturdy eccentric rotary mechanism drives the shaker platform uniformly.

ROTARY SHAKER This is a gyratory action shaker. The gyratory motion describes upto 2" circular orbit. The drives are ¼ HP to 2 HP AC or DC motor. Rotary shakers are available in 3 models 24" X 24", 36"X36", 48"X48". 12 interchangeable platforms can be used. Platforms for test tube rack with an adjustable angle from 5° to 60° are available. Number of flasks/ flask capacity is as follows: 138/10ml; 81/25ml; 25/125ml; 25/250ml; 16/500ml; 4/1000ml.

Murhopye’s micro-processor incubator shaker is ideal for continuous operation built to run over a wide speed range with any amount of unbalanced workload. It is available in I7545G and I4545G having Gyratory motion and having reciprocal motion.

The shaking platform is interchangeable and it is driven by a powerful DC motor and the speed of which can be continuously varied from 30-300 RPM digitally. The set speed is indicated through digital display and it remains constant throughout the operation. It accepts the various types of interchangeable platforms of different sizes to hold various types of glassware.

Murhopye Wrist action shakers are made of heavy cast iron base with rugged construction and two side arms and top platform to hold 100ml to 1000ml flasks. Fitted with F.H.P. heavy duty motor with variable speed for continuous and smooth shaking.
Adjustable arms helps to choose the shaking amplitude and speed for different applications.
Over load protection turns off in the event of malfunction.
